Shanghai SteelHome Information Technology Co., Ltd has completed shareholding reconstructing and renames the company Shanghai SteelHome E-Commerce Co., Ltd from July 15 2015 upon the new operational license issued by Shanghai Administration for Industry & Commerce.
There will be no change to our business scope, existing rights and obligations, and we will value all contracts previously signed under the name of Shanghai SteelHome Information Technology Co., Ltd.
The renamed Business License, Organization Code Certificate, Tax Registration Certificate, and other related certificates will come into use upon further notice.
