According to SteelHome survey, long steel price rises by 10-40 yuan per
tonne in Zhengzhou market.
Φ8-10mm HPB300 wire rod produced by Jiyuan Steel is heard to be
traded at 4200 yuan per tonne. Φ8-10mm HRB400 coiled rebar produced by
Handan Steel is heard to be traded at 4140 yuan/t.
Recently, offers on the market are mixed, but most market
participants do not expect prices to fall due to the strong demand in
the peak consumption months of March and April. At present, downstream
end users make purchases according to their production needs.
