Meanwhile, the volume of scrap arrived to steel mills has increased overall, due to the weather because of the cooler weather in China nowadays, greater efficiency in scrap productivity and the speed of scrap shipments accelerating by sellers. Then, some have lowered the purchase price for scrap.
